Areas of Legal Practice
Lake Country Community Legal Clinic provides services to low income residents of the District Municipality of Muskoka and the District of Parry Sound We practice what is called poverty law. The general areas of law we practice are:
- Housing for tenants ;
- Ontario Works ;
- Ontario Disability Support Program ;
- Canada Pension Plan & Old Age Security ;
- Criminal Injuries Compensation ;
- Worker's Compensation ;
- Human Rights ;
- Powers of Attorney ; and
- Elder Law .
- We also engage in Outreach work with the communities we serve.
